Allergies to Insects or Food
Parents/guardians of students with known life-threatening food and/or stinging insect allergies must alert the School Nurse. Parents/guardians are responsible for providing emergency medication and a completed Allergy Action Plan prior to the first student day of school. Parents/guardians of students with severe allergies are urged to meet with the School Nurse annually.Allergy Action Plan
