This year, SHHS students teamed up to volunteer with elementary school students during Hour of Code!
Welcome to Hour of Code
Wallingford-Swarthmore School District joins schools worldwide in participating in Hour of Code, a global initiative during Computer Science Education Week every year that provides coding opportunities for students. During the week, students are introduced to various coding activities. Since its launch in 2013, Hour of Code has worked with its partners and hundreds of educators across the world to bring expanded learning opportunities and access to computer science education to classrooms.
Hour of Code took place in our three elementary schools this school year from December 6-12.
