2019-2020 Year...What's New?
- IRS increased the Flexible Spending Account (FSA) healthcare contribution limit to $2,700 for the 2019 plan year
- Independence Blue Corss (IBC) will be customizing the WSSD Personal Choice (health insurance) identification cards effective 7/1/18. Currently IBC's standard "YXF" prefix is used for most Personal Choice customers. WSSD's new alpha prefix will be "IYW"

You must enroll for the FSA every year. Your FSA election does not rollover from year-to-year

FSA electronic enrollment system opened and closed in May, 2019. You can access the system only during the open enrollment period. NO paper FSA election forms will be accepted.

If you need to make a change to your FSA dependents, visit the site, www.myenroll.com during the open enrollment period

BAS offers online claim submission for FSA claims. Just click “Enter FSA Claims Online” under the Flexible Spending Acccts"; section on your personalized page at www.myenroll.com.

Currently Enrolled? If you are currently enrolled in a medical, prescription, dental, voluntary vision, or voluntary disability (if applicable) benefits and you do not wish to make any changes for the 2019-2020 year, no actionis required. However, you must re-enroll each year in FSA.

Please keep your life insurance beneficiary information updated. To update your Public School Employees Retirement System (PSERS) beneficiary,visit PSERS’ website at www.psers.state.pa.us or call PSERS at 1-888-773-7748. To update your group life insurance through the District, visit the District’s website District Forms under the Human Resources section.
