This communication is to inform you of the mid-year transition timeline and process for enrolling your child into the elementary Online Academy or Cohort/Hybrid Model. Our goal is to accommodate all requests, but please know this may not be possible depending on the total number of requests received.
Changing the learning modality for your child will result in a change of teacher and new classmates for your child. Your child’s new enrollment will be in effect for the remainder of the school year. Families should carefully evaluate these considerations as they make choices about the learning modality for their child/children.
Timeline for Enrollment Changes:
**Please note that if you are not changing enrollment, no action needs to be taken.
November 30 – December 11: Parents will receive a link to indicate a choice to change. For parents who do not want to make a change, no action needs to be taken.
December 14: A confirmation notice will be sent to parents.
December 18: Final due date for any correction to the confirmation notice
January 29: New teacher assignment will be communicated to families
February 1: New semester begins

We will make every attempt to place students returning to the building in their home school first, followed by the other two elementary schools.
