Mr. Pramod Dibble (2029)

About Pramod Dibble:

Pramod is proud to join the WSSD board of directors in December 2025. He moved to Delaware County in 2020 with his wife Carla, son Teddy (2019), and daughter Olivia (2021). He is dedicated to the success of the district and believes that high-quality public education is the foundation for a thriving community, and that diversity of opinion, experience, and perspective makes for well-rounded student-citizens.

Pramod works in financial services, leading large capital projects in technology development. 

In his spare time, Pramod loves spending time with his family, adventure travel, cooking, hiking, running, and jazz.

Pramod earned his MA in Economics from Temple University in Philadelphia and his BA in English Language and Literature from Misericordia University. He holds various professional certifications and has a number of patents pending.

Ms. Marleen Livingstone (2029)

About Marleen Livingstone:

Marleen Livingstone was elected to the Wallingford Swarthmore School District Board of Directors in the fall of 2025, representing the First Ward. Marleen is a seasoned nonprofit and philanthropic leader with more than 31 years of experience strengthening mission-driven organizations across the Mid-Atlantic and beyond. Marleen has lived in Wallingford, PA, since 2007 and has volunteered in our local schools, serving on the Kids Place and WES PTOs. A parent of three WSSD students, Marleen’s two older children have already moved on to college, with the remaining student slated to graduate from Strath Haven High School in 2028. Originally from Upper Darby and a product of Upper Darby public schools, Ms. Livingstone is a Penn State alumna with a strong commitment to education and community.

Ms. Nannette Whitsett (2027)

About Nannette Whitsett

Nannette Whitsett was appointed in December 2021 to fulfill a remaining two-year term and was elected in December 2023, serving a term until 2027 on the Board, representing the Third Ward. Nannette currently serves as a member of the Educational Affairs and Policy committees. A lifelong resident of the Media Borough, she moved to the community of South Media in 1992 and has two grown children who attended WSSD schools K through 12. Nannette is a graduate of Delaware County/ Community College with an Associate’s degree in Liberal Arts. Her expertise spans education, wellness, and community partnerships. Over a 21-year career, she worked as a Program /Specialist, Supervisor, Case Manager, and Counselor at Elwyn. She also worked for St. Matthew’s Lutheran Church of Woodlyn, PA, as the Lead Teacher and Director of their Pre-School Program. This is where she fell in love with teaching. She is one of the founders of South Media Neighbors United (SMNU). A grassroots community group where she serves as the Chair. As a member of SMNU, she was on the team that advocated to create and design plans to rename and refurbish Martha Burton Community Park. Also, as a member of SMNU, she successfully advocated for the Township to apply for grants that would create a water management system, clean up the creek, improve the playground area, and add ADL entrances in Sapovits Park.

Mrs. Rachel Holbert (2029)

About Rachel Holbert

Rachel Holbert is serving her first term on the WSSD School Board. She has served on the Facilities and Finance Committees and as Chair of the Policy Committee. Currently she is the Board representative to the Delaware County Intermediate Unit. Rachel and her family moved to the WSSD in 2014 when one son began high school and the other began middle school. She volunteered with the Strath Haven High School All-Sports Boosters, becoming its President during the 2017-18 school year. Rachel earned her BA in Economics from Miami University of Ohio, her Masters in Public Administration from Syracuse University, and her Masters in Public Health from Temple University. Prior to her current position at Prevention Point Philadelphia as a Data and Evaluation Manager, Rachel worked as a consultant for federal, state, and local government entities.

Mr. Robert Miller (2027)

About Robert Miller

Robert Miller is serving his first team on the WSSD School Board. He and his wife Heather moved to Wallingford in 2012 and have two children in the District – one member of the Class of 2030 and another in the Class of 2033. In addition to his Board service, he is also a volunteer youth basketball coach for the Swarthmore Recreation Association. Robert has been a college administrator for 25 years and is currently the Vice President of Alumnae/i Relations and Development at Bryn Mawr College. He graduated with a bachelor’s degree in political science from Elizabethtown College.

Ms. Mary Jo Witkowski-Smith (2027)

About Mary-Jo Witkowski Smith

Mary Jo Witkowski-Smith is currently in her fifth year serving on the WSSD School Board, where she has served as the Assistant Board Secretary and  and chairs the Educational Affairs Committee. Mary Jo  is currently our liaison to the Pennsylvania School Boards Association. It has been Mary Jo’s passion and pleasure to have served as an educator for the last forty-five years. Mary Jo’s expertise spans school leadership, diverse learners and school improvement.   Mary Jo's professional experience includes, teaching and leadership in educational settings such as residential treatment centers, top performing suburban schools and charter schools in impoverished neighborhoods. One of the highlights of her career was her tenure at Strath Haven Middle and High schools.  

Dr. Melissa Crawford (2029)

About Melissa Crawford

Melissa Crawford is serving her first term on the WSSD School Board after being elected in 2025. She will serve on the Policy Committee and the Wellness Advisory Committee. Melissa is a physician with more than 20 years of experience and works as a pediatric gastroenterologist at the Children’s Hospital of Philadelphia, where she is also an Associate Professor of Clinical Pediatrics at the University of Pennsylvania. She earned her BS in Human Biology, Health, and Society from Cornell University and her MD from SUNY Stony Brook.

Melissa has lived in Swarthmore since 2008 and is the proud parent of two sons in the district, one of whom is now a Strath Haven graduate. She served on the Swarthmore Human Relations Commission from 2019 to 2023, ultimately as Chair, where she worked to promote equity and inclusion in the community. Throughout her career, Melissa has been dedicated to promoting children’s health and well-being and advocating for children and families. She believes that a strong, equitable public education system is essential to the strength of the community.

Ms. Christine Dollé (2027)

About Christine Dollé

Christine Dollé served the remainder of a term that expired in 2023 and was elected to serve a full-term beginning in 2023-2024.  She is a proud parent of twins in the district.  Christine currently serves on the Educational Affairs, Policy, and Wellness Committees.  She is a Certified School Psychologist with over 20 years of experience advocating for children and families and working collaboratively in public school settings Pre-K through 12, with opportunities to extend her reach beyond the traditional role of psychoeducational assessor.  Christine’s experience includes a strong focus on prevention and crisis intervention and supporting at-risk students.  She earned her MA in Educational Psychology, Substance Awareness Coordinator Certification (NJ), and an undergraduate degree in Psychology and Business Administration.  With young children at home, she had the unique opportunity to advocate for clean air for kids and action on climate change as a Southeast PA Field Consultant with an environmental nonprofit.

About Michelle Williams

Michelle Williams and her husband have lived in Swarthmore since 2006 and are the proud parents of three children: a recent graduate of Strath Haven High School, an eighth-grader at SHMS, and a sixth-grader at SHMS. Michelle has devoted her career to public education, working for the past 28 years as a public high school Social Studies teacher. Michelle graduated from the University of Virginia with a BA in History and a minor in Government, and received an MT in Secondary Social Studies Education from the University of Virginia as well. Michelle has been actively involved as a parent volunteer in WSSD for over a decade, including service on the executive board of SRS Home and School Association as the Vice President from 2013-2014, President from 2014-2016, and then as Receiving Treasurer from 2017-2022.
