Welcome to ...The Strath Haven High School'sSTUDENT COUNCIL WEBSITE!!We are a student governing body with elected officials that have the primary mission of being the student leaders of/for the students of Strath Haven High School. In addition to being important liaisons to administration, we are in charge of many functions held in a year:
- Homecoming dance/weekend
- Plan and host the largest dance of the year
- Decorations are done in a specific theme voted on by officers and students
- Funds will go to students in need and to scholarships
- The blood drive
- We work in consortium with the Red Cross, organizing a very successful
blood drive - Produces an extraordinary number of units for a school our size
- Now held in memory of Nurse McCormick
- Give a little love day
- Go to the Wallingford Nursing Home at the holiday break
- Spread the holiday cheer and lift some spirits!!
- The Turkey Bowl
- Annual students vs teachers football game
- Held the Tuesday before Thanksgiving break
- Carnation Sale
- Sell flowers for Valentines day
- Host elections for our officers in May
- School Store
- Manage, stock, and run every aspect of the school store
- Students handle:

- inventory
- ordering
- advertising
