The Wallingford‑Swarthmore School District is seeking qualified agencies to provide Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) staffing services for the 2026‑2027 school year and beyond.

We are inviting experienced providers to submit Proposals for:

• Board Certified Behavior Analysts (BCBAs)
• Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs)
• ABA‑trained Personal Care Assistants (PCAs)

These professionals will support students with intensive behavioral and skill‑acquisition needs, collaborate with school‑based teams, participate in IEP/MTSS processes, and contribute to the District’s efforts to expand high‑quality behavioral supports.

HVAC Repair Services

The Wallingford–Swarthmore School District is soliciting sealed bids from qualified firms to provide HVAC repair services for multiple District buildings.

Optional Pre‑Bid Meeting on Wednesday, February 25, 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Spencer House, 200 S. Providence Road, Wallingford, PA 19086.

Proposers shall email procurement@wssd.org with any questions regarding the meeting or meeting location- - subject line “QUESTION: HVAC MEETING.”

All questions must be submitted to the School District no later than February 26, 2026, by 12 P.M. local time with subject line “QUESTION: HVAC REPAIRS.”

Submit Sealed Bids To: Jana Arentsen, Procurement Coordinator, Wallingford–Swarthmore School District, 200 S. Providence Road, Wallingford, PA 19086
