Employee Assistance Program

 
Wallingford-Swarthmore School District offers to all full-time employees a benefit that can assist in balancing the demands of work and personal or family life. Bensinger DuPont Associates (BDA) is the District's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service provider.
 
BDA realizes that balancing work and family life is a primary concern in these complicated times.  At times, employees might need expert assistance to provide a solution to an immediate need or to help plan for the future. The following types of assistance can be confidentially accessed through BDA:
  • Depression
  • Stress Management
  • Anxiety 
  • Marital Difficulties
  • Relationship Problems
  • Family Conflict
  • Alcohol or Drug Addictions
  • Financial or Legal Concerns
  • Parenting Concerns
  • Problem Gambling
  • Eating Disorders
  • Childcare and Eldercare
