Thank you for visiting my webpage.
My name is Leslee Wagner, and I have been teaching at Nether Providence Elementary School since September, 2005. I received my undergraduate degree from Connecticut College and a Masters in Education from Pennsylvania State University. Originally from the Boston area, I have lived in Connecticut, North Carolina, Texas and Maryland before settling here in Pennsylvania.
My husband, Eric, and I have two sons, Camden and Nicholas. We also share our home with two cats, Pumpkin and Smokey, and one dog, Chester.
One of my favorite quotes about education is by W.B. Yeats: "Education is not the filling of a pail, but the lighting of a fire."
My goal is to teach, to motivate, to believe in, and to empower my students in order to build confidence, independence, and success.
How lucky I am to have the opportunity to teach!
