    • Completed teaching application
    • Copy of your certificate from the Pennsylvania Department of Education or a letter indicating your eligibility
    • Copy of undergraduate and graduate transcripts
    • Three professional letters of recommendation
    • Current Act 34, 114, and 151 clearances
