Conjugating AR Verbs
Cantar = to sing
· The word cantar is in its infinitive form or its most basic form. You must conjugate or change the ending of the verb to put it with a subject.
· To conjugate the verb cantar, you drop the ar ending, and add o, as, a, amos, áis, an, depending on what the subject of the verb is. Use the chart below for help.
