How Science Work Works:
For students and parents, here is our homework policy:
Students must turn in assignments worth 5 points or less on the designated due date to be eligible for full credit. These types of assignments are accepted up to one week past the due date for partial credit. After one week, these types of assignments become a permanent zero.
Students must turn in assignments worth 7 points or more (usually labs and more involved assignments) on the designated due date to be eligible for full credit. If these types of assignments are turned in past the due date, they lose points.
In other words.......
If you turn in your assignments on time, you get full credit :)
5 point and under assignments: If you turn these in no later than one week after it is due, you get some credit, but not full credit.
If you get it to me over one week after it is due, you get a zero.
Assignments worth more than 5 points: If you turn these in past the due date, you get some credit, but not full credit.
Sometimes, certain things happen which prevent us from getting our homework done (and we don't have any control over these things).
Technical Issue with your computer
What do I do if this happens?
To be excused from having an assignment in on time, your parents need to email me at email@example.com or gmail me at firstname.lastname@example.org.
