About Miss Daub

Originally from the small town of Millersburg, Pennsylvania, I began playing the trumpet at age 9. Throughout my career as a trumpet player, I have played in both concert and marching ensembles.

I hold a Bachelor Degree in Music Education from the West Chester University of Pennsylvania. During my time at West Chester, I performed with the WCU Wind Ensemble, Wind Symphony, Golden Rams Marching Band, and trumpet ensembles. I also marched drum and bugle corps with the Reading Buccaneers and won the 2014 Drum Corps Associates World Championship with this group.

Following my 2017 graduation from WCU, I began to teach elementary music in Howard County, Maryland. In 2018 I moved back to Pennsylvania and began my job at Nether Providence.

I direct all band and orchestra ensembles and teach all instrumental lessons at NPE.

In my free time, I enjoy teaching high school marching band, playing the trumpet, and spending time outside. I also love to Philadelphia sports with my two cats, Edgar and Louis.
