Ask - What is the problem?
To start the design process, students identify a real problem in their class, school, community, state, country, or world. To do this, students ask:
- What is the problem?
- What do we already know?
- What are the limits or controls of the task?
Empathy is a key factor that drives the design process towards a solution that functions well for the user or audience.
