  • October 25th School Board Meeting Recap

    On Tuesday, October 25th, the School Board held its October meeting. The meeting consisted of several agenda items, including the approval of motions and policies. The meeting also included two focus topics, one by The Pennsylvania Economy League on the Demographic Enrollment Study, and the other by three student presenters on their experience attending the Leadership Summit Conference.

  • Recent Board Committee Meetings Recap

    Educational Affairs: The Ed. Affairs Committee met for its October meeting on 10/6. The meeting included agenda topics about Extended School Year (ESY), New Teacher Academy, and the District-wide 'First Four' days of school activities. Find the full meeting details here

    Policy: The Policy Committee met for its October meeting on 10/26. The meeting included the review of various policies. Find the full meeting details here.

    Facilities & Finance: The Facilities & Finance Committee met for its October meeting on 10/19. The Facilities Committee gave an update on the progress of current projects and plans for future projects. The Finance Committee provided 23-24 budget updates and representatives from the Pennsylvania Economy League presented their findings and analysis of demographics, housing and related activities and aggregate districtwide projections of K-12 enrollment.     Wellness: The Wellness Committee met for its first meeting of the year on 10/25. The meeting included a review of the 2021-22 Wellness Advisory Committee End-of-Year report, a discussion of policy goals, and various focus topics on student health & wellness. Find the full meeting details here
