The dates for this years trips are set for:
Friday,January 25th, February 8th, & March 1st

 2nd Trip (2/8) CANCELED
Any student who was signed up for the 2nd trip will automatically be put on the 3 trip (Date: March, 1st) If a student can not attend that trip please email Mr. Thorpe (bthorpe@wssd.org) and we will refund your money(Please note- Refunds will not be processed until after our 3rd trip)
 
Trip 3- Friday 3/1 -
 
Forms for trip 3 can be turned into Mr. Thorpe (C320) starting Monday, February 11th You must have all of the forms filled out properly along with a check to reserve your spot.  Mr. Thorpe will only take forms AFTER SCHOOL -- DO NOT interrupt his classes!
 
 
Every student going, not matter what activity, must complete these forms:
Packages- Fill this out with package selected and a check made out to SHMS
Permission Slip- This is the district permission slip
 
If you are renting skis or a snowboard you must also fill out this form:
Rentals- Only those students renting skis or snowboard equipment must fill this out
 
If you are tubing you must also fill out this form:
Tubing Agreement- Only those students tubing must fill this out
