Employee Assistance Programs

Wallingford-Swarthmore School District offers to all full-time employees (and their immediate family members) a benefit that can assist in balancing the demands of work and personal or family life.  Bensinger DuPont Associates (BDA) is the District's Work-Life and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service provider.
BDA realizes that balancing work and family life is a primary concern in these complicated times.  At times, employees might need expert assistance to provide a solution to an immediate need or to help plan for the future. The following types of assistance can be confidentially accessed through BDA:
