Wallingford-Swarthmore School District offers to all full-time employees (and their immediate family members) a benefit that can assist in balancing the demands of work and personal or family life.  Carebridge Corporation is the District's Work-Life and Employee Assistance Program (EAP) service provider.
 
Carebridge realizes that balancing work and family life is a primary concern in these complicated times.  At times, employees might need expert assistance to provide a solution to an immediate need or to help plan for the future.
