Interscholastic Athletic Opportunities Disclosure Form
In accordance with Commonwealth of PA Law, Act 82, Article XVI-C, each “school entity is required to submit to PDE information regarding Interscholastic Athletic Opportunities and treatment for male and female secondary school students.” The form was established by PDE and we are required to submit the completed form to PDE by October 15 of each year.
