In mid-April, we will begin math Unit 9 – Place Value and Fractions. In this unit,the concepts of place value and fractions will continue. Place value will berelated to addition and subtraction. Our work with fractions will be expandedto comparing fractional parts.
In writing, the children are reflecting on their work throughout the yearas they select their best, or favorite, story to present at our YoungAuthors’ Day on Friday, May 10. Watch for more information regarding this special event and please planto attend.
